What Does a Trustee Do?

Our trustees are the guiding force behind Springfields Festival Gardens. You'll work alongside fellow board members to ensure we meet our charitable objectives and comply with Charity Commission regulations, all while helping us flourish and grow.

Your Commitment

The role requires:

Attendance at a minimum of four quarterly board meetings throughout the year
Active participation in board discussions and decision-making
Contributing your expertise to support the strategic direction and day-to-day running of the organisation
Ensuring compliance with Charity Commission requirements and governance best practice
Supporting our mission to enrich lives through horticulture and community engagement
