The Bee Hive
Centaurea is a small business run by Catherine and Michael Thick. We produce honey and beeswax candles and we are currently developing a research project to monitor the welfare and lifecycles of our bees using Raspberry Pi computer technology. Our honey is produced in our apiaries in Norfolk. Our main apiary is at Hilborough just south of Swaffham.
